Job brief

You are a hands-on Field Marketing Manager with deep expertise in webinar management, performance marketing, and event execution. Your primary focus is scaling demand generation through high-impact webinar programs and data-driven Google Ads campaigns. On top of that, you bring real experience from the events world — whether as an organizer or as a regular on-site presence representing a brand at industry events. You bring strong execution skills, a structured mindset, and a passion for measurable results.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure our messaging resonates with target markets and drives qualified pipeline across EMEA and beyond.

Deine Aufgaben beinhalten:

Webinar Management:
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of webinars as a scalable demand generation channel.

  • Develop compelling webinar concepts, agendas, speaker line-ups, and follow-up sequences that generate qualified leads and pipeline impact.

  • Manage all logistics for virtual formats including platforms, registrations, reminders, follow-ups, and post-event nurturing.

  • Measure and report webinar performance (registrations, attendance, leads, pipeline contribution, ROI) and continuously optimize topics and formats.

  • Build and maintain a regular cadence of webinar programming aligned with Sales and Product priorities.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to promote webinars, content, and product offerings.

  • Use Google Analytics to track funnel performance, campaign attribution, and conversion rates.

  • Optimize landing pages and campaign setups in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales.

  • Derive actionable insights from campaign data to continuously improve lead quality and cost efficiency.

Event Management:

  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and customer events in Germany, across the EU, and internationally.

  • Bring hands-on experience from events — whether through end-to-end ownership of past events or through regular active participation representing a brand on-site.

  • Coordinate logistics, booth presence, speaker coordination, and pre/post-event follow-up in collaboration with the broader team.

  • Travel regularly to represent Brainsuite at relevant industry events.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Craft and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns around webinars, events, and target accounts.
  • Support ABM initiatives with tailored campaign assets for high-value accounts.
  • Equip the Sales team with relevant materials, event and webinar insights, and campaign performance data.

Über dich:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in field marketing or demand generation, with a strong focus on webinars and performance marketing.

  • Proven track record of running webinar programs independently — from concept to execution to post-event follow-up.

  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.

  • Meaningful experience with B2B events, whether in an organizational role or as a regular brand representative at trade shows and conferences.

  • Familiarity with webinar tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data and using it to drive decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and webinar formats in parallel.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany, the EU, and occasionally internationally.

  • Very good English skills; very good German skills.

  • Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and brand building.

  • Based in Germany with a valid work permit.
